激光切割裁剪机的技术分析和优点

    (B)机械控制电路:在开环控制系统中,步进电机必不可少,步进电机没有误差累计,控制简单成本低廉。一般的机械控制电路分为两大部分:排名靠前,以PC为主体,PC本身进行相关切割材料边缘的插补运算,然后通过PC端口给出控制时序,控制时序经过外部电路进行放大等处理直接驱动步进电机工作。第二,以微控制器为主体,PC为辅助。PC的接口只输出一定格式的信号,然后在微控制器中进行查补等运算,后输出放大控制步进电机。综合以上两种控制体系,前者由于独占计算机工作时序,盐城激光切割排列三跨度走势图因此在进行控制候需要更多的CPU资源,导致的结果就是PC在控制时几乎不能做其它操作。第二种控制体系由于计算机只输出一个格式的文件,然后由控制电路中的微处理器进行处理,这样在加工过程中计算机也可以做其它的事情。 


    (C)机械传动部分:机械部分在精度要求不是太高,加工力不是太大的情况下显得比较简单,加工起来的费用也相对低廉。激光切割几乎可以不需要考虑加工力的问题,而皮革等纺织材料的切割也不需要太高的精度,因此机械部分可以选用普通的滚珠丝杆与直线光杆配合的解决方案,降低机械部件的成本。激光加工由于加工深度由控制激光功率达到,因此可以省去机械部分的Z轴,只需要X轴与Y轴进行平面移动。

    激光切割与常规加工方法相比,同样具有明显的优势。在热切割方法中,氧可燃烧(如乙炔)切割和等离子切割都不能像激光束那样集中能量于一个极小区域,结果导致切口宽、热影响区大和较明显的工件变形。氧可燃烧切割设备小、投资少,可切割厚达1m的钢板,是很灵活的切割工具,主要用来切割低碳钢。但是由于它热影响区大、切割速度低,切口呈现严重的锯齿状和波折状。因此,它很少被选用于切割20mm以下厚度且要求尺寸精确的材料。等离子切割与激光切割速度相仿,明显高于乙炔火焰切割。但其切割能量较低,切边顶部呈圆头状,切边明显起波形。在操作中,还要防止由电弧产生的紫外线辐射对操作者带来的伤害。
